Shipping charges – We do not levy any shipping charge for any of our PINQ box or subscription order above INR 250/-. Any order below that amount would levy a charge of INR 50 per order.
Once you buy any of the PINQ box or subscription, we deliver the box along with all the necessary items in the box. In case the subscription box, we intend to deliver the same as per the date mentioned by you while subscribing for the same.
We have a tie up with leading courier companies to deliver the goods and tracking details are shared with you, also you would be sent a notification once the package is dispatched from our office.
Delivery Date and time – We have a policy to ship the item in maximum 2-3 business days of receiving the order. Delivery dates could vary depending the location of the customer. Few of the below reasons may affect the deliveries too :-
- Gazzetted or a state specific holiday.
- Sometimes the courier company may run into unexpected problems like weather conditions, etc.
As of now, we do not delivery PINQ boxes internationally.
We accept all Major Credit Cards (Visa/ Mastercard) & Debit Cards for payment.
Cancellation before shipment:
Any order before its shipped can be cancelled. You can write to our customer support team on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91 9999564109.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.
Cancellation post shipment:
Any order, post shipment of the product cannot be cancelled.
Once the box or subscription is ordered and delivered to you, there is no provision for returning the product, as these are hygiene products like Sanitary Pads/Panty Liners. There will be a provision wherein the customer can always skip a month/change the date of subscription by sending a mail to email@example.com with your subscription details.
