How to Use

• Ensure your skin is clean and dry, free of oils, moisturizers, or powders.
• Using Nipple covers (disposable or reusable) over the nipular area is always recommended
• Position the cover over your nipple, adhesive side down, and press gently to secure it.
• Cut the breast tape to the desired length, allowing for extra coverage if needed.
• Remove the protective backing from the adhesive side of the tape.
• Position the tape under your breast and press gently to secure it in place.
• Lift your breast to the desired height and continue wrapping the tape around your chest to provide additional support.
• Smooth out any wrinkles or bubbles to ensure a seamless look.
• For removal - wet the tape with water/oil near to skin area and gently pull the tape. For any adhesive residue, use oil to remove.
  
• Dispose of the tape and nipple cover after use.

Care Instructions:

• Take care not to use any abrasive cleaners or alcohol-based products on the tape, as this can damage the adhesive
• Do not use on rashes, sores, skin disorders, sun damaged, sunburned skin or open cuts.
• Avoid use if you have or had a family history of, skin depigmentation problems
• Remove immediately if you experience a burning sensation
• Do not wear overnight
