- Ensure your skin is clean and dry, free of oils, moisturizers, or powders.
- Using Nipple covers (disposable or reusable) over the nipular area is recommended
- Cut the breast tape to the desired length, allowing for extra coverage if needed.
- Remove the protective backing from the adhesive side of the tape.
- Position the tape under your breast, lift your breast to the desired height and apply the tape around your chest to provide additional support
- Smooth out any wrinkles or bubbles to ensure a seamless look.
- For removal - wet the tape with water/oil near to skin area and gently pull the tape. For any adhesive residue, use oil to remove.
- Breast tape: Tap baby oil or water over the tape to gently remove it, starting from the edges. These are single-use and should not be reused and discarded in a bin
- Take care not to use any abrasive cleaners or alcohol-based products on the tape, as this can damage the adhesive
- Do not use on rashes, sores, skin disorders, sun damaged, sunburned skin or open cuts.
- Avoid use if you have or had a family history of, skin depigmentation problems
- Remove immediately if you experience a burning sensation
- Do not wear overnight
